Is the former Vice President, Government and Public Affairs with Magna International.
Magna, the most diversified automotive supplier in the world, designs,
develops and manufactures automotive systems, assemblies, modules and
components, and engineers and assembles complete vehicles, primarily for sale
to original equipment manufacturers of cars and light trucks in North America,
Europe, Asia and South America. Magna has approximately 82,000 employees

centers in 22 countries. Dan holds graduate degrees from both the University of
Ottawa and the Université de Strasbourg (Institut d’Etudes Politiques et Economie).
He is the former Director of Environment Policy at the International Chamber
of Commerce in Paris, France and also served as Senior Policy Adviser and
Director of Publications at the National Round Table on the Environment and the
Economy (NRTEE), a federal agency and advisory body to the Prime Minister
of Canada and Minister of the Environment. Dan also served as a Chief of Staff
to a federal minister. He is also the founding Publisher and current owner of
Ottawa Life Magazine, www.ottawalife.com, the capital’s longest running (est.
1996) general interest magazine. OLM is also the recipient of numerous writing
and photography awards. He is a board member on The Canadian Defence Association
and the Canadian Sport Hall of Fame. Dan also has several writing and
television producer credits.

Ivan has over 30 of experience in sales, marketing, and raising capital across a variety of industries. His specialties lie in developing marketing strategies and implementing them from end-to-end. In executing his own focused strategies he grew his personal business from just 2 individuals to a thriving 21 office division that spanned across three provinces with full team of 250 independent sales reps. Drawing on his extensive business networks Ivan has been pursued by a variety of firms to consult them in marketing strategies. Over the last 10 years Ivan has been involved with capital raises for smaller companies and opening them up to new markets.
Bernie Leslie, VP New Technology.
Bernie is a Master Electrician with 25 years of field experience. He has been operating an electrical contracting company since 1976. Starting in 1992 began focusing his efforts on large energy efficiency projects. He has designed and managed lighting retrofits up to $8,000,000.00 that far exceeded initial cost savings projections. He tirelessly researches the lighting industry to keep abreast of new technology available both domestic and abroad. His ability to tap into personal networks of suppliers, crews and personal make him a key member of management. With a long history of hands-on field work, he has also become as expert in the installation and commissioning of complex DDC systems.
Mark Gillis, VP Information Systems.
Over the last 10 years Mark has gained hands-on experience working with various information systems, from legacy to the most modern web-based applications. He founded a software company that began operations in 2000. This global services firm sat at the forefront of strategic outsourcing services and managed Information technology solutions, business process outsourcing and design projects for such companies as; IBM, BMC Software, U.S. Department of Defense, Dow Jones, NASDAQ, and many others. In 6 years the company grew to a flourishing business with a back-bone of 90 programmers working internationally.

services, Paul Champagne is an Ottawa based lawyer and former Conservative
Party staffer, who has served as Chief of Staff to the Senate Opposition
Leader. Past clients have included several corporations and nongovernmental
agencies His areas of interest are education and health policy.
Paul is also the author of several essays on character education.
