NRG-FX is partnering with a recognized North American based firm to bring a pyrolytic energy converter to the market.  The unit works in the absence of oxygen and therefore it produces a very high energy gas.  This gas can be used right away without any further processes.  This system works automatically and does not need any attending.

The unit will process both wet and dry material.  The dryer the material the higher the energy level.  We do not want to spend all the energy we obtain to evaporate water from the media.  The system is designed to use a number of materials including human waste, bones, plastic, MSW, wood waste, and rubber, all can be used to generate energy.

Depending on how large or small the application is this unit can be built to be mobile.  All the systems are shipped as a package.  They can easily be left on a truck bed and moved as a mobile unit.

Once the gas is produced it is already washed and cleaned.  Therefore, most of the sulfur containing items are cleared from the gas.  The gas is directed into an intermediate gas tank from which it is transferred into a storage tank supplied by the customer. 

Also, the carbon ash can be mixed with soil and bagged.  This rich carbon ash contains all the nutrients to qualify it as fertilizer.
